Following the brand audit, we’ll assemble brand findings into a visual & informational composition of its current state, including viewpoints from an internal and external capacity.
Taking the same brand assessment criteria, we turn it over to you to re-answer the same brand audit criteria, but this time, with the desire as to where you would want to be.
With a really sound understanding of your organization, brand state and desires, we turn it over to our team to build out a recommended direction, scope and position.
With your feedback from step 4, we’ll build an action plan including scope, budgets, length of engagement, milestones/stages, steps to implementation, KPIs and agreements. We’ll work together to solidify scope and next steps.
This is we work collaboratively with you and your team to build out a new logo/identity, brand standards, website, stationery, sales materials and all other supporting materials. We’ll work with you to launch and adopt the new brand organization-wide. And post launch we will be with you every step of the way to ensure the brand holds consistently strong.
