Our Team in Action

What I love most about working at 1dea is the variety in my role. I get to wear multiple hats—project planning, execution, client communication, and team management. This mix not only boosts my skill set but also keeps things dynamic and interesting. Being part of a smaller agency means we have stronger relationships and better collaboration among team members. It's a supportive, cohesive environment where I can directly impact projects and the agency’s success. The supportive atmosphere and the collective drive for excellence contribute to a workplace culture that I am proud to be a part of.

What I love about our team is the support we provide one another. No one is ever left alone solving a creative or development problem. When one person is stuck, everyone jumps in. We constantly seek out ways to help each other grow, whether that's staying on trend, building creative inspiration, or strengthening knowledge.

The culture at 1dea is so supportive and down-to-earth. You know that everyone on the team is rooting for you to succeed and has your back. We all have different strengths and we collaborate to leverage them, while also allowing space for growth. I’ve had the opportunity to work on so many different projects in a broad range of sectors, so the work never gets boring! I love that I’ve had the opportunity to really hone my skills where my talents are more specialized but also to try things outside of my normal role like client training, marketing and copywriting.
