You’ll receive an invoice each month and will have the option to pay by credit card, pre-authorized monthly, e-transfer or by cheque. A WordPress Support plan can be cancelled at any time.
Immediately after setup, you’ll receive a welcome email introducing you to everything about your new support service, including how to request assistance, response times, weekly care updates, etc.
If signing up for the “Take Care of it All” plan, a 1dea project manager will reach out and make the introduction, and will be here to support you on a regular basis.
