Once submitted, we’ll reach out to you within one business day to coordinate login credentials and access.
Gather & Send Login Credentials
Domain host/registry
Website hosting (login or delegate/collaborator access)
WordPress admin login
Google Analytics access
Google Search Console
Setup Plan & Billing
You’ll receive an invoice each month and will have the option to pay by credit card, pre-authorized monthly, e-transfer or by cheque. A WordPress Support plan can be cancelled at any time.
Welcome Email & Team
Immediately after setup, you’ll receive a welcome email introducing you to everything about your new support service, including how to request assistance, response times, weekly care updates, etc.
Project Manager Introduction
If signing up for the “Flexible Monthly Support Add-ons”, a 1dea project manager will reach out and make the introduction, and will be here to support you on a regular basis.
